I hate medics that have not yet learned that their main function is to duck and cover (D&C), heal and desperately yell "SCOUT!" on voicechat before they die a horrible death.
Thing is, medics, when you show yourself it's like a big neon sign saying "SHOOT ME!" and that's not a good thing when you're supposed to stay alive. I know, I know, you want to see what the big boys are doing, you don't trust anyone to warn you of danger, and you find it boring to stare at that soldier butt after a while.
Of course, if the soldier you've been healing runs away, you don't realize that's a sure sign of incoming trouble. No, you have to run out of your D&C hideout because you really want to see the rocket that kills you mere milliseconds later.

GTactix
This program, Gtactix, is very useful and handy for planning strategies and tactics in various games - including Team Fortress 2. Not only can you make all sorts of arrows and icons on maps. You can also do it together via the Interweb. This brings us a whole new level of organization when it comes to online gaming tactics.

I fucking hate people
Medics are good. They are my best friends. Too bad PEOPLE fuck them up.
New medics are ALWAYS afraid of using their über because they dont want to "waste" it. And the reason they dont want to "waste" it is because these IDIOTS (people) calls them noobs, idiots or worse, if they pop it too early or on the "wrong" person. So this means we end up with fucking useless medics who don't dare to use their über unless it is to save their life at the last second. And, mind you, the last second is very often less than their reaction time.
RECAP!
Dead full charged Medic = FUCKING WASTE
Popped über = thumbs up
